At Ceiba Beauty Studio, we value both your time and ours. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 30% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total. For all Permanent Makeup services, appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours notice will incur a non-refundable $100 fee per appointment. No-shows will also be subject to these fees. We understand emergencies and unexpected situations can happen, and we truly appreciate your understanding and respect for our time, preparation, and reserved schedule.
